David Phillips Living Payment Terms
Rental figure for the above packages would be £x (inc
VAT) for the first 3 months and thereafter £x (inc
VAT) per month. Upon acceptance of the rental agreement
the first months rental of £together with a security
deposit of £ would become due. The security deposit
would be held by David Phillips Living and would be refunded
upon collection of goods provided that the goods have been
returned in reasonable condition, accepting fair wear and
tear.
