At Winchester Lettings we listen to your objectives and work with you to find a suitable property to rent from us. With nearly 15 years in this industry we think that the key to this is matching you to the right property. We will treat all tenants fairly regardless of their personal circumstances, we will advise you of our terms of rental at the earliest opportunity and the process we take when you have decided to rent a property from us.

As we live in the local area we are able to advise you about nearest transport links & amenities, the local neighbourhood and the most favoured schools from personal experience.

We are members of the National Approved Lettings Scheme and also The Property Ombudsman Lettings; we follow the strict guidelines they set for renting properties to tenants. As part of our commitment to fair terms we do not charge tenants renewal fees and don’t add additional charges for tenancy agreements.
